They seem very popular. Every time I see an otterbox case in the wild, it looks like it's on the edge of falling apart. It's never clean and it's multiple pieces are coming apart. Now, this could just be because of the owners. Each of my last 3-4 cases by UAG and Tech21 have looked good as new for over a year.
